Responsibilities: Lead and manage a Children s Home, adhering to the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted regulatory framework Ensure personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of the child Supervise and support the development of staff, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and service governance Manage recruitment, staff training, and development Achieve and maintain a "Good" or "Outstanding" rating from Ofsted Requirements: Level 5 or 7 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Children s Residential or equivalent Minimum 2 years'' management experience working with children and young people within a residential environment.
