This is a rare opportunity to shape a region from the beginning, develop the market, win profitable work and build the team and supply chain needed to support long-term growth. The territory starts at Worcestershire, includes Birmingham and continues northwards. The business already has secured work in Birmingham city centre, providing a strong starting point for further growth across the region. The role will be home based, with the successful person ideally located north of Birmingham to make travel across the region practical. The initial objective is to grow the Northern operation to approximately £5 million turnover within three years. As the Northern Regional Director you will: Create and deliver the growth plan for the Northern region across commercial landscaping, civils and associated external works.
