You''ll plan engaging activities, support learning through play, and help create a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued.Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities.Maintain accurate child records and learning plans.Collaborate with colleagues to create a stimulating environment.Promote positive parent partnerships and a sense of belonging.Uphold hygiene and safety standards, including nappy changing and toilet training.Champion safeguarding and child welfare at all times.What We''re Looking For:Level 3 Early Years Qualification (DfE-recognized for EYFS ratios).Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.Reliable, enthusiastic, and flexible with a positive attitude.Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.Minimum 3 years'' nursery experience (preferred).Schedule:Monday to Friday (school ho
