The OpportunityAn established UK contractor delivering large-scale industrial and food and beverage projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support continued growth and a strong forward workload.The business delivers projects nationwide, with a focus on steel frame base builds and high-value fit out works. Current schemes include multiple projects valued around 20m, now entering enabling works and progressing into full construction phases.The RoleAs Project Manager, you will have full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, from pre-construction handover and enabling works through to final completion and client handover.You will lead site teams, manage the supply chain, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end project delivery and leadershipProgramme planning, monitoring, and reportingCommercial awareness and cost control in conjunction with the commercial teamManaging Site Managers and subcontractor performanceClient liaison and stakeholder managementOverseeing HandS, quality, and compliance across all phases of the projectRisk management and resolution of technical or delivery issuesCoordinating steel frame construction and complex fit out packagesExperience and RequirementsProven Project Management experience on 10m- 30m construction projectsStrong background in steel frame constructionExperience in food and beverage, industrial, or commercial fit out environmentsSound commercial
