Build strong relationships with clients across the UK and Europe to understand their hiring needs and identify top tier consultants in the SAP marketBuild and develop relationships with new and existing clients and candidatesSource, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of SAP professionalsNegotiate daily rates and manage the offer process to ensure a smooth onboarding from start to finish + provide solid aftercare servicesDevelop and implement successful recruitment strategies to exceed client expectations, with a focus on the growing ERP Supply’s presence across the UK and European market.Stay up to date on industry trends and market insights in the ever-evolving SAP eco- systemApproach and source potential candidates across all platformsAbility to account management key buying clientsTelephone/meet businesses, looking to develop professional relationships; find new business and generate leadsUtilise internal CRM and systems to manage pipelines of both candidate sourcing and client prospects.The opportunity
