Full training will be provided, although previous experience in production, moulding, finishing, or general factory work would be advantageous. Key Responsibilities Removing pallets from yard Ensuring the yard in hazard free at all times Inspecting products for defects and ensuring quality requirements are met. Preparing materials and components for production. Packing finished products ready for dispatch. Assisting with general production duties as required. Candidate Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or factory environment is desirable but not essential. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills. Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling tasks.
