Recruitment Consultant (Sales-Focused / Business Development)
Role Overview We are seeking a highly driven, sales-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, with a strong emphasis on new business development. This role is built for a natural salesperson, someone who thrives on winning new clients, building a pipeline, and converting opportunities into long-term accounts. Candidate delivery is part of the role, but your primary focus will be growing revenue through proactive sales activity. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales or business development background, ideally within recruitment, and an interest in developing expertise within the engineering or finance markets.
