The business specialises in supplying products used across hospitals, care homes and healthcare environments, with a strong focus on patient safety, comfort and pressure care. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, commercially minded manager to take ownership of warehouse and production operations, drive operational efficiency and lead a team within an established healthcare products business. The Role Reporting into senior management, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of warehouse, production, stock control and dispatch operations, ensuring processes are efficient, quality standards are maintained and customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You will play a key role in improving operational performance, developing the team and ensuring the smooth coordination of stock, production and distribution activities.
