Tripod Partners are seeking experienced Inpatient RGNs to join teams across multiple hospital wards. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in inpatient settings across Cheltenham, Stroud, and Gloucester. Shifts are available on an ongoing basis, with flexibility to choose from a range of day, night, and weekend shifts after registration. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care and manage individual treatment plans. Monitor patient health and administer medication and treatments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. Maintain accurate records in line with professional standards. Support and reassure patients and their families. Position Details: Location: Cheltenham, Stroud, and Gloucester Duration: 3 months initially Hours: Various shift patterns available (days, nights, weekends) Pay Rates: Weekdays: £21.45/hour Nights and Saturdays: £26.72/hour Sundays and Bank Holidays: £31.55/hour Work Pattern: Flexible shifts Start Date: ASAP, following registration Requirements: NMC-registered RGN with recent ward-based experience.
