We are looking for an experienced Site Manager / Foreman (Civils) with a proven track record in delivering high-quality civil engineering works. Key Responsibililities Oversee day-to-day site operationsons for civil engineering works, ensuring adherence to project plans, specificasions, and safety requirements. Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance Monitor work progress against the programme and report on milestones, risks,and issues. Ensure quality control procedures are implemented and maintained throughout the project. Liaise with project management, engineering, and client to resolve site issues. Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, inspection reports, and HSE documentation. Oversee material ordering, delivery, and resource alocation to meet project demands. Support intros and training for site personnel Key Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman within civil engineering projects. Strong understanding of civil engineering construction methods, materials, and safety practices. SMSTS or SSSTS CSCS card (Manager/Supervisor level). Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
