The role of HR Administrator is to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners via phone, email and face to face. Your main administrative duties include maintaining HR records, managing HR documentation, and the HR system. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees in a timely fashion.Hybrid Work arrangement:
3 days from the London Office, 2 days remote from home.What you’ll be doing as our HR Administrator
Organise and maintain HR recordsUpdate the HR system databases (e.g. absence records, training records etc.)Prepare HR documents like onboarding documents, probation letters etc.Answer employees queries about HR-related issuesAssist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, new starter etc.)Assist with international HR requirementsAssist with onboarding and screening of new employeesAssist with recruitment administrationParticipate in HR projectsComputer literacyExcellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projectsStrong phone, email and in-person communication skillsWhat we’re looking for in our HR Administrator
Essential
Relevant admin experience or experience working in a corporate office environmentComputer literateEnthusiastic and dynamic personalityA proficient level of Microsoft knowledge including Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and OutlookStrong phone, email and in-person communication skillsBe able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projectsKeen interest to develop a career in Human ResourcesPreferred But Not Essential
