In this role, you will support families during one of the most sensitive times of their lives, ensuring every funeral is arranged and delivered with care, respect, and attention to detail. You will also play an active role in promoting our services within the local community and supporting the daily operations of our branches. Key Responsibilities Funeral Arranging and Client Care Arrange funerals, memorial services, and pre-paid funeral plans in line with client wishes, providing knowledgeable guidance on all legal requirements. Liaise sensitively and professionally with families, offering clear advice and reassurance throughout the process. Conduct funerals to the highest standards, ensuring all operational elements run smoothly. Community Engagement and Service Promotion Promote the full range of our services within the local community to increase client engagement and grow the business. Operational and Logistical Duties Liaise with Coroners, Cemeteries and Crematoria, Hospitals, Ministers/Celebrants, and other third parties to coordinate funeral arrangements. Answer telephone enquiries, respond to email requests, and provide information promptly and professionally. Drive company vehicles, including cars and removal vehicles, when required.
