Reeson Education is recruiting adaptable Teaching Assistants for daily supply work in primary schools and nurseries across Wandsworth. Choose the days that suit you and gain experience in a range of welcoming settings, from EYFS through to Key Stage 2.

What you''ll do
* Support pupils during lessons, group activities and classroom routines.
* Help teachers deliver engaging learning and keep children focused.
* Provide one-to-one or small-group support where needed, including for pupils with SEND.
* Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independence.
* Follow each school''s safeguarding procedures and work closely with staff.

What we''re looking for
* Experience supporting children in a primary school, nursery or similar setting.
* A calm, flexible approach and clear communication.
* A genuine interest in helping children learn and feel included.
* Current safeguarding training is welcome; support is available if you need to renew it.
