They are on the lookout for an experienced, job running Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their Huddersfield studio.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• Lead and deliver on a range of high-profile projects across multiple sectors
• Prepare and submit building regulation and planning application
• Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
• Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved
• Mentor more junior team members and contribute to their professional development

Requirements for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Significant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience managing projects across multiple sectors
• Job running experience
• Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong technical detailing and presentation skills
• Experience managing a small team in a previous role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driver''s license
