* Preparing, cooking and serving, fresh, local produce to an extremely high standard* Supporting fellow team members* Contributing and adapting to day-to-day events as they unfold* Adhering to set food safety systems* Assisting with the management of health and safety* Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices.

About You:* Demonstrate a professional and corporate outlook* Have a kind and friendly manner* Have outstanding attention to detail* Are a self-starter capable of working on routine tasks with minimum supervision* Have a consistent high level of performance, even when under pressure* Be organised and methodical with the ability to adapt and flex when required.

Requirements / Qualifications / Experience:* 2 year''s minimum experience in a similar role within a quality hotel or restaurant* Food Hygiene certificate* DBS (Enhanced Adult)* NVQ Level 2 or higher* Own Transport (preferable)
