What will you be responsible for? As a Highways Maintenance Operative, you''ll be working within the Kier Transportation team, supporting them in maintaining a safe and operational highway. Your day to day will include: Working as part of a team to carry out; tarmac and paving works, traffic management and winter service delivery Responding to emergency works and completing safety-critical tasks Liaising professionally with members of the public when approached on site Following Safe Systems of Work, Risk Assessments, ICoP and all training
