Global VP Sales and Marketing
Responsible for global growth and transition from "box-selling" to "solution sales" for value-led, software-enabled security solutions. Build and develop the sales and marketing team to achieve 30% growth on existing sales. Lead current team of 10 and define target markets (commercial and defence), introduce processes (CRM etc), and develop a deep understanding of the customer base and their needs.Candidates must demonstrate senior sales leadership in commercial security or defence markets, have a track record of selling complex hardware and software solutions (SaaS), global sales exposure, be a hands-on leader and ideally have experience with both commercial enterprise and government clients.
