Banking Transformation Lead / Engagement Lead Operating Model and Process Optimisation Contract - Open Day Rates Location - London (Hybrid) START ASAP We are seeking an experienced Banking Transformation Lead to support a financial services client undertaking a strategic review of its operational functions. This is an opportunity for an experienced independent consultant to lead a transformation assessment focused on improving operational efficiency, redesigning processes and identifying automation opportunities. The engagement will initially focus on client onboarding, transaction monitoring and technology functions, with the objective of understanding current operating models, identifying inefficiencies and recommending a future-state approach.
