Senior Property Manager (Residential) £71,500 + Bonus South West London Permanent We are recruiting an experienced Senior Property Manager with a strong background in residential block management to oversee a single super-prime residential development in South West London. Representing the managing agent on site, the Senior Property Manager will work alongside established department managers to ensure effective leasehold property management, regulatory compliance, financial control and high standards of resident service. The role: Contractor, Contract and Performance Management: Manage tendering, define service requirements and SLAs, monitor contractor performance through inspections and reviews, and maintain accurate Golden Thread records. Compliance: Health and Safety and Regulations: Oversee health and safety, fire, building safety and leasehold compliance, including the Building Safety Act 2022, coordinating policies, audits and regulatory changes with the Compliance team. Finance and Risk Management: Support budgets, year-end processes and capital planning, ensuring accurate service charge demands, effective cost control and management of financial risks and variances.
