You ll shape strategy, create content, and help each brand grow its online community and visibility. Your Duties and Responsibilities - Develop tailored social strategies and content plans for each brand. - Create engaging content across posts, stories, graphics, short-form video and thought-leadership. - Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling and community engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X and YouTube. - Build and nurture online communities, responding to comments and messages professionally. - Monitor performance, report on results and use insights to optimise activity. - Keep up with trends, competitor activity and best practice. - Ensure consistent tone, voice and visual identity across all channels. What We re Looking For - Experience managing social media for multiple brands or business units. - Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C social strategies. - Confident content creator across multiple formats. - Comfortable using social management and analytics tools. - Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. - Highly organised, detail-driven and able to juggle multiple priorities. - Creative, proactive and collaborative.
