Stock Condition Surveyor Interim and/or Permanent Field based The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Stock Condition Surveyor to play a key role in delivering high-quality asset data and ensuring housing stock meets all safety, compliance, and quality standards. You will be responsible for undertaking detailed property surveys, identifying risks, and supporting long-term investment planning. This role is ideal for someone passionate about housing quality, compliance and improving resident outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with: Decent Homes Standard, Housing legislation, Fire Safety Regulations Conduct stock condition surveys to a high professional standard Undertake HHSRS assessments and identify potential hazards Carry out fire door inspections and support building safety compliance Identify and escalate risks including damp, mould, structural issues and health and safety concerns Maintain accurate records using asset management systems Contribute to asset investment planning and lifecycle management Support estate inspections and ensure follow-up actions are completed Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a seamless service Promote energy efficiency and sustainability in future programmes About You: We re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong technical knowledge and a commitment to improving housing standards.
