The main responsibilities of this role will include: Work with the Operations Lead Manage staff and performance, development and training Supervise and support the Deputy Managers and other staff Handle any incidents or challenging behaviour in a calm professional manner Requirements: CQC Registered Manager with Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Min of 2 years working with supporting individuals with Autism Full Uk manual driving license, in case required Excellent organisational and communication skills High level of compassion and empathy Full UK driving license preferred Full DBS checks
