With a strong focus on quality, safety and successful project delivery, they are looking for a confident Site Manager who can take full responsibility for projects from inception through to completion.The RoleAs a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing residential developments involving reinforced concrete (RC) frame construction. The successful Site Manager will have a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.The Site Manager will be confident managing subcontractors, coordinating site activities and maintaining effective communication with the wider project team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage residential construction projects from initial site setup through to practical completion and handover.Oversee RC frame packages and subsequent construction works.Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials and site logistics.Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with programme requirements and quality standards.Maintain high standards of health and safety across the site.Conduct site inspections, progress meetings and quality checks.Liaise with the Project Manager, commercial team and subcontractors to resolve site issues.Ensure all relevant site documentation ..... full job details .....
