A welcoming and supportive special needs school is looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join the team! 

This is a full-time, permanent role, offering a rewarding opportunity to help students thrive both academically and personally. You will be working Monday-Friday, 08:30-16:00. 

The ideal Teaching Assistant will have: 

- Previous experience in a similar role - supporting GCSE students as well as a diverse range of learners with special needs.
- A supportive, understanding approach while maintaining clear boundaries.
- Confidence in leading small group sessions, including activities such as current affairs, debate, and other engaging discussions (resources provided).
- A current DBS certificate (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
