The successful candidate will be an exceptional teacher with the skills to motivate and engage students, and a relentless ambition to enrich pupils'' lives. They will lead a stable team of skilled teachers, whose work has placed the department in the top 1% nationally for progress since 2019 with Progress 8 scores consistently above 1. Pupils at Brayton thrive in maths, developing a genuine enjoyment for the subject across all abilities. Learning in this atmosphere generates remarkable results; in 2025 our genuinely comprehensive intake achieved 24% above the national average at 5+, and 18% above at 7+.Responsibilities
