The School IT Technician will have strong networking, windows (10/11) and previous IT support experience working in schools, maintaining and troubleshooting a range of IT systems and networks. The School IT Support Technician will undergo an enhanced DBS check. Key Skills and Experience Required Previous IT Support experience in schools is essential Excellent experience with windows 10/11, Active Directory, Group Policy and Office 365 Proficient networking experience covering switches, routers, Lan/WAN and Wi-Fi issues Experience with virtual servers (VMWare, vSphere etc.) is highly desirable Excellent stakeholder management experience and the ability to explain technical terms to non-technical people.
