The planning liaison team deal with all types of new development and is a central point of contact for developers, councils, and the public.As the Planning Liaison Technical Co-ordinator, you will:triage planning liaison and network capacity enquiries from members of the public, developers and local planning authorities relating to water supply and sewerage matterscomplete administration and circulation of planning applications and developer enquiries for comment by other technical specialists within the businessprovide technical response relating to water supply and sewerage matters to developers and local planning authorities for minor schemes (10 dwellings or less)provide support to the Planning Liaison Team on new development proposals, planning policy, strategic development plans and population projections for other parts of the business.What you''ll need
