Due to continued investment, they are now looking to recruit a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join their established engineering team. The RoleThis is a hands-on position where the Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for maintaining high-speed automated production lines, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency across the site. Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment- Fault find on electrical, mechanical, and automation systems- Minimise downtime through quick and effective breakdown response- Maintain high-speed machinery and plant equipment- Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives- Conduct root cause analysis and implement fixes- Work towards site KPIs including OEE and efficiency- Ensure health and safety compliance at all times About You- Apprentice trained / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent- Strong electrical fault-finding skills- Experience with PLCs, drives, and sensors- Mechanical maintenance experience (bearings, conveyors, gearboxes)- Background in FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing- Experience working shifts
