The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial schemes from frame stage through to client handover, must have in depth knowledge of services and strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure project is delivered to programme. Site Manager Key Responsibilities: Checking the quality of work as required Working with and managing subcontractors involves keeping a daily diary of levels of work for each subcontractor Managing setting out engineers and junior engineers/staff on site Calculating and ordering of materials to the site Planning work schedules Liaising with Consultants, Project Manager, Quantity Surveyors and subcontractors Site Manager Key Requirements: Relevant 3rd level qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management Can also come from a trade background Confident using Microsoft packages and AutoCAD Excellent communication skills Methodical and solutions focused Ab
