This role focuses on welcoming employees, guests, and visitors, enhancing their internal experience at our EMEA headquarters. It is vital to our customer engagement philosophy that we ensure every experience is handled with exceptional service.The Role:

This position is within our Workplace Experience team and involves managing various touchpoints related to employee and client experiences, including events, catering, front of house, guest services, tours, and Bloomberg Arcade. You will collaborate with internal partners and external vendors, analyze data, and create presentations, requiring strong MS Office skills. Our team strives to deliver a consistent and memorable experience across all offices. Flexibility and a proactive attitude are essential, as every day presents new challenges.You will act as a key contact, developing strong relationships across business areas, providing updates on hospitality and building initiatives to ensure a seamless experience for colleagues and visitors. You will also be part of a dynamic scrum team executing global initiatives, managing complex projects, and engaging with internal teams enterprise-wide.Responsibilities:

Coordinate and assist with large events and activities within the buildingBuild relationships with business areas and keep them informed of initiativesEnsure compliance with security procedures for guests and employeesCoordinate group visits/tours and conduct tours as neededAnalyze data related to guest trends, events, and toursApply a data-driven approach to supervise results and solve problemsLead EMEA hospitality initiatives through collaboration and effective managementMaintain organizational discretion, proactivity, and attention to detailRequirements:

At least 8 years of experience in hospitality or corporate workplace operationsPassion for customer service and awareness of current trendsExperience analyzing data and creating compelling presentationsStrong communication skills and ability to influence partners and leadershipAbility to implement new processes and lead changeExperience working in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgencyPreferred Skills:

Project management skills or experience in Scrum/agile environmentsEnjoy interacting with diverse groupsInnovative mindset for enhancing guest experiencesWhat is Bloomberg?
