In this role, you''ll partner with leaders across Sales / GTM to identify and attract top-tier talent in the competitive fintech and blockchain markets.As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you''ll own the full recruitment lifecycle while building scalable processes that support our expanding global operations. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and craft tailored hiring strategiesOwn the end-to-end recruitment process for GTMSource top talent using innovative strategies to engage passive candidatesProvide data-driven insights on market trends and talent availability specific to the fintech and blockchain spaceCollaborate with global recruiting team members to share best practices, market insights, and cross-functional candidate leadsBuild and maintain diverse talent pipelines to support current and future growthManage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality candidate experiencesLeverage AI-powered recruiting tools and advanced sourcing techniquesMaintain detailed pipeline reporting and provide regular updates to stakeholdersDrive process improvements based on data analysis and market feedbackCreate exceptional candidate experiences from initial outreach through onboardingPosition Fireblocks as an employer of choice within the competitive talent marketEnsure consistent, professional communication throughout the candidate journeyGather and act on candidate feedback to continuously improve our processesProactively identify and solve bottlenecks in your recruitment processesProvide data-driven insights that directly influence hiring strategy and business decisionsWhat You\''ll Bring
Qualifications:4+ years recruiting experience, preferably at scaling companies within the Crypto / SaaS / Fintech spaceProven success hiring across GTM functionsDemonstrated expertise sourcing passive candidates and managing full-cycle recruitmentStrong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing toolsExperience with ATS systems and recruiting analytics platforms (we use Greenhouse and Looker)Preferred Qualifications:Digital asset industry recruiting experienceUnderstanding of blockchain/crypto talent landscapeProven ability to build diverse talent pipelinesAI-powered recruiting tool proficiencyFireblocks Value Aligned Skills:Refuse to Lose:
