What you''ll be doing: Delivering networking-focused projects - Routers, APs, Switches Hands on with: Draytek, Cisco Meraki, Sophos, Fortinet, Unifi, Aruba, Assisting in projects around M365, SharePoint, Firewall upgrades, VM migrations Supporting high-level BAU escalations Gathering requirements, creating scopes of work, risk analysis andamp; project sign-off Working on customer sites where needed (local break-fix, migrations, installs) Liaising with presales on project planning What we''re looking for: MSP background Strong networking experience - installations, migrations, troubleshooting Good working knowledge of Routers, Switches and wireless kit Confi
