You will also oversee the IT team, ensuring the development of strong IT policies. Day to day responsibilities include:Support the Senior Management Team to shape long-term organisational strategyLead on organisational strategies and plans encompassing finance, operations, IT and risk managementOffer expert financial advice and analysis to aid management teams in strategic decision makingSupport the CEO in risk managementProvide overall leadership to the finance function, ensuring strong finance systems are in placeLead the relationship with Crisis Action''s auditorsEnsure the funds of Crisis Action are invested to achieve maximum returnsOversee organisational security systems
