# Role: EMEA Sales Director## If you are an experienced sales leader, this role is for you.Location: LDN£50-60kThis newly created role will lead sales across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond, working closely with the UK and North American sales teams to drive global growth. Acting as both strategist and brand ambassador, you will develop new business opportunities, nurture existing client and distributor relationships, and play a key role in expanding the company’s presence with the international AandD community.This is a high-profile opportunity for an experienced sales leader who thrives in building trusted partnerships and driving commercial results within the design industry.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy – Create and implement a clear, ambitious sales strategy across EMEA, aligned with wider global targets.New Business Development – Identify and convert new opportunities with leading interior designers, hospitality groups, and luxury partners.Client and Distributor Relationships – Strengthen existing partnerships while seeking improvements and efficiencies.Collaboration – Work closely with senior leadership and international sales colleagues to deliver unified results and share best practice.Target Achievement – Set, monitor, and exceed commercial targets, ensuring clear reporting and pipeline management.Market Growth – Represent the brand internationally, attending key events, and positioning the company at the forefront of design innovation.### Requirements* Proven track record in sales within the interior design or luxury furnishings sector.* Strong experience building and maintaining relationships with designers, specifiers, and key industry partners.* Commercially driven with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.* Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and hands-on, with the ability to balance strategic vision with day-to-day execution.* Comfortable with international travel and representing a high-end brand on a global stage.### Benefits* Competitive base salary, plus commission.* 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) plus Christmas closure.* Private healthcare.* Hybrid working after probation.* International travel with a strong budget to drive growth.* Regular company socials and global meet-ups.* A supportive, ambitious, and creative working environment with real scope for progression.#J-18808-Ljbffr
