My client is a leading healthcare business looking to appoint an experienced senior healthcare leader to provide strategic clinical leadership across the organisation and a range of health services. Alongside a solid senior leadership track record, the role requires someone with a current professional registration, which could be NMC, GMC, HCPC, BABCP etc.

A key focus will be to drive clinical innovation, ensuring-that the organisation is operating-at the forefront of best practice. You will be someone who can build a cohesive, effective-management team, fostering a high-performance-culture based on-continuous improvement. We are looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and-instigate, design and implement change across a diverse and complex portfolio of services.-

You will develop the organisation''s clinical strategy, have responsibility for project management of service development and innovation projects, oversee clinical governance and quality assurance, and manage key strategic stakeholder relationships.-

You will lead and inspire your team across a range of community-based public health-services including mental health, children''s services, addiction recovery, sexual health and more.-
