Pay: £24 per hour PAYE

About the role

Are you a qualified plumbing professional with heat pump installation skills? We are looking for a Heat Pump Installers, working in teams of two, to install air source heat pump (ASHP) units on sites in the Oxford area. This temporary role pays £24 per hour PAYE and runs initially until March 2027

What you’ll be doing

• Install air source heat pump systems safely and efficiently, meeting installation deadlines and delivering a high-quality finish.
• Provide a professional, respectful service to clients and their customers, responding effectively to challenges on site.
• Complete all work in accordance with company procedures, MCS requirements, Building Regulations and relevant codes of practice.
• Ensure all equipment is calibrated and in good working order.
• Carry out other duties as directed by a senior manager or their nominated representative.
• Keep up to date with legislation and codes of practice relevant to your trade.
• Report variations to planned work and keep the administration team informed of changes to site requirements.
• Work closely with engineers and colleagues to meet targets, coordinating electrical and building works for each installation.
• Complete safety certificates, job sheets and any other reports or records required for the work.

What you’ll need

• A plumbing qualification (essential).
• Water Regulations certification.
• An Unvented G3 Cylinder certificate.
• Own vehicle and tools
