Our client, a successful and growing independent automotive specialist, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join its premium vehicle service department in Milton Keynes. This Service Advisor role offers a basic salary of up to -38,000, Monday to Friday working hours and no weekend work.

The successful Service Advisor will join a supportive management team within modern, purpose-built premises. The workshop is consistently busy and currently booking at least two weeks ahead, providing an excellent opportunity for long-term employment.

Duties:

• As a Service Advisor, welcome customers and manage service and repair enquiries
• Manage service bookings and coordinate workshop schedules
• Prepare job cards and process invoices accurately
• Liaise closely with Technicians and workshop management
• Keep customers updated on vehicle progress and any additional work required
• Ensure all workshop administration is completed efficiently
• Deliver consistently high standards of customer service
• This Service Advisor position requires effective communication with customers and the workshop team

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an experienced Service Advisor, Service Receptionist or in a similar automotive customer-facing role
• Good understanding of vehicle servicing and general workshop operations
• Experience working with premium vehicle brands would be advantageous
• Experience with invoicing, job cards and workshop administration
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities
• Ability to work effectively alongside Technicians and workshop management
• Stable employment history and a genuine interest in securing a long-term position
