Workplace Experience Lead EMEA - Macquarie Group

Overview
As the Workplace Experience Lead, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional workplace and hospitality services across our European operations, with a particular focus on our flagship London location. You will work as part of a high-performing team to ensure our workspaces are vibrant, welcoming, and seamlessly functional, creating outstanding experiences that enhance the wellbeing and productivity of staff and clients alike. This role requires on-site presence, typically 4-5 days per week in the office.Responsibilities
Oversee guest relations, food and beverage services, and workplace curation and activation activities.Lead and mentor a diverse outsourced team across multiple cities in the EMEA region, fostering a high-performing team culture.Collaborate with senior leaders and internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery.Manage strategic planning, operational execution, and vendor performance.What You Offer
Deep knowledge of hospitality operations, including food and beverage services, workplace amenities, and experience servicesExperience in a high-performance organisation delivering workplace experience servicesStrong interpersonal and team management skills, with a focus on engagement, development, and retention of talentProven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities and tasksStrong communication skills, including report writing and presentation developmentExpertise in third-party vendor oversight, including contract negotiation, SLAs, KPIs, and governance structuresStrong background in office and facilities services, with a focus on customer and employee experienceRelevant qualifications in facilities management or hospitality, with an undergraduate degree being desirableA minimum of 5 years'' experience in corporate real estate or hospitality; 10 years'' experience is advantageousWhat We Offer
