This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build theirlegal career within a specialist practice, working on a varied range of matters for both private individuals and business clients. The successful candidate will ideally have some experience in Criminal Law, Regulatory Law or Dispute Resolution, together with strong research, drafting and organisational skills. Main Duties and Responsibilities for the Paralegal role: Providing comprehensive Paralegal support to the legal team. Assisting Solicitors with a varied caseload of Criminal and Regulatory Dispute Resolution matters. Assisting with motoring offences, including speeding, drink/drug driving, careless and dangerous driving and other road traffic matters. Providing support with regulatory and dispute resolution matters involving private individuals and business clients. Extensiveclient liaison, dealing with general queries by telephone and email on behalf of Solicitors, taking accurate messages and, where possible, dealing with queries appropriately.
