This is a business systems support role with data, reporting, and insights built in. It is not a pure Business Analyst role. It is not a pure Data Analyst role. It is not a big data or data-crunching job. You will support and improve the systems that a growing professional services business runs on, help colleagues use those systems effectively, and turn the data within them into clear, useful reporting. They now need one clear owner for business applications, SaaS platforms, CRM administration, data quality, reporting, and practical improvement. There is real opportunity here.
