We are currently recruiting for an experienced and customer-focused Aftersales Advisor to join a successful dealership based in Southampton. What You''ll Be Doing

As an Aftersales Advisor, you''ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between customers, the parts department, and technicians. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service, maximising workshop efficiency, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and understanding their service or repair needs.
• Advising on timescales and costs to manage expectations effectively.
• Selling the benefits of the dealership''s products and services.
• Handling parts enquiries, orders, and stock with accuracy and care.
• Coordinating workshop schedules and ensuring timely completion of work.
• Providing progress updates to customers, including any changes in scope or cost.
• Managing warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Supporting the wider dealership team to uphold a high level of customer satisfaction.

What We''re Looking For

• Confident and professional communicator with a passion for customer service.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
• Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy and quality.
• A proactive attitude with a drive to deliver results.

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 18:00 (with 1-hour lunch break)
