We''re working with a well-established contractor who is looking to recruit an experienced Planner to join their team in Cardiff, supporting the delivery of new office developments from pre-construction through to project completion.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Planner within the construction industry
• Experience working on commercial building projects
• Strong pre-construction (Precon) experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and planning software
• Ability to develop, manage, and monitor project programmes
• Experience identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
