Working closely with production, engineering, supply chain, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams, the role will identify current ways of working, capture process flows, highlight inefficiencies, and potentially support the design of standardised future-state processes that improve operational performance, quality, and productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, engineering, and support functions to understand current processes.Develop detailed process maps using recognised methodologies.Document end-to-end processes, decision points, system interactions, roles, responsibilities, inputs, and outputs.Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, duplication, non-value-added activities, and operational risks.Analyse process performance using operational and business data to support improvement recommendations.Work with subject matter experts ..... full job details .....
