Are you an experienced Architectural Technician with a passion for heritage and design£

A well-established consultancy in Cornwall is seeking a talented individual to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in a broad range of projects, from heritage restorations to modern commercial and bespoke residential schemes. You’ll work across all RIBA stages in a flexible, collaborative environment where development and progression are genuinely supported.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Develop and refine construction packages for planning and tender
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and standards
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Support project delivery through to construction on site
- Assist with surveys and existing building assessments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

- Proven UK experience in practice, ideally across heritage, residential, and commercial projects
- A solid understanding of UK building regulations and detailing
- Proficiency in Revit preferred, will consider AutoCAD users
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
