They have won numerous awards and are well regarded in the county for their level of service.This venue is offering a 4 day working week with Sunday off every week.We are seeking an experienced, ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join the talented brigade in this modern restaurant with boutique dining rooms. The kitchen uses only freshest ingredients sourced locally and produces quality dishes at a 2 Rosette standard.Our client requires an enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef, with a passion for fine food, who is capable of cooking to a high standard, whilst possessing the following qualities:
