CRS are currently sourcing a Mobile Tool Fitter for one division of our hire clients business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a front leader in the industry, supported by a great team with further training opportunities available. This is a field-based role covering the West London area, suitable candidates will live in the area or close enough to commute daily. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ROLE AND APPLCIANTS MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE AND PREFERRABLY A MECHANICAL QUALIFICATION, HOWEVER SIMILAR WORK EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED. This position is ideal for someone with a background in small plant, mechanics, agricultural, or construction equipment who enjoys working independently while being supported by a strong wider team. Solid working knowledge of small plant engines (petrol 2-stroke, 4-stroke, and diesel) is a distinct advantage. You ll play a key role in keeping essential equipment operating safely and reliably, working directly at customer sites and taking ownership of your day-to-day workload. Mobile tool fitter duties: Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on company and customer equipment on site.
