advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and trustees on complex and sophisticated matters.The OpportunityYou will be advising on a wide range of onshore private wealth matters, including:Succession planning and family governance for wealthy individuals, families, and business ownersDrafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney and advising on probate and trust administrationStructuring estates and businesses to maximise inheritance tax reliefs, including agricultural and business property relief, as well as conditional exemptions for heritage property, land, and works of artAdvising trustees, executors, and beneficiaries on complex family settlementsSupporting the management of landed estates and family businesses, which may involve diverse commercial activities including farming, lettings, land development, renewable energy, forestry, and heritage assetsThe practice is known for combining

technical excellence with practical, strategic advice , helping clients protect, preserve and grow their wealth across generations.Candidate Profile3–5 PQE
