NQ - 3 PQE Solicitor - Contentious Probate, Hampshire – onsite to start with. Handle contentious probate matters including will challenges and Inheritance Act claims.Advise and act in contentious trusts and estates, and executor/trustee disputes.Manage multi-jurisdictional estate issues where applicable.Direct client contact and provide clear, practical legal advice.Collaborate with senior fee earners and contribute to a high-performing team environment.What could make you stand out?
