The postholder will play a pivotal role in leading a team that is undergoing an exciting transformation process. The successful candidate will be instrumental in guiding the team through this change, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:Leading and motivating the technical support team to achieve service objectives during a period of transformation.Overseeing the implementation of modernised processes and ensuring their successful adoption.Monitoring team performance, providing coaching and training to support professional development.Ensuring timely and accurate resolution of technical issues or requests in line with council policies.Collaborating with other departments to enhance service delivery and drive innovation.Maintaining accurate records and producing reports to inform decision-making and track progress.
