Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join a maintenance team working on a social housing site in Lower Clapton, London. This is a long-term role based on one site, offering consistent work and the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Working as part of a maintenance team carrying out day-to-day repairs and upkeep within occupied social housing properties

Plumbing repairs and installations (strong plumbing background essential)

Minor electrical works (basic fault finding, replacing fittings, etc.)

Carpentry repairs such as doors, locks, skirting, and kitchen units

General multi-trade tasks including basic plastering and painting where required

Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

Requirements:

Proven experience working within social housing / reactive maintenance

Strong background in plumbing (essential)

Experience with minor electrical work, carpentry, plastering, and painting

Ability to work well within a maintenance team and also independently when required

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Relevant trade qualifications preferred but not essential with strong experience
